▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based gas sensitive material, comprises (1) adding tin(IV) chloride pentahydrate, zinc acetate dihydrate and acid solution into the reduced-graphene oxide suspension, and stirring to form uniform mixed solution, (2) under stirring, using alkali solution to adjust the pH of the mixed solution to weak alkaline, (3) transferring the mixed solution into the reaction vessel, and reacting, and (4) purifying the product obtained in the step (3), and placing the purified substance into the oven to dry to obtain the graphene-based gas sensitive material. USE - Preparing graphene-based gas sensitive material used in gas sensor for detecting ammonia gas at room temperature (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environmentally friendly and has low energy consumption; the method for preparing gas sensor is simple and easy, and the size of the sensor is small, is good for miniaturization, intelligent and wear resistance; and the graphene-based gas sensor has good ammonia response, and has short response time, better recovery, characteristics detection limit, high sensitivity, good stability, and has low working temperature.
