NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-silksalix nano composite material involves mixing salix cellulose into 15% sodium hydroxide solution at normal temperature for 60 minutes, washing with deionized water to neutral, and drying; and redispersing in water, mixing liquor and glutaraldehyde at ratio of 1:50, adding glutaraldehyde and salix solution at volume ratio of 1:10-1:25, reacting for 1 hour, adding 1-100 g/L polyamide-amine aqueous solution, mixing polyamide-amine aqueous solution and salix cellulose aqueous solution at volume ratio of 1:5-1:10, reacting for 24 hours, and washing. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide-silksalix nano composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low price, and great application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide-silksalix nano composite material comprises mixing salix cellulose into 15% sodium hydroxide solution at normal temperature for 60 minutes, washing with deionized water to neutral, and drying; redispersing in water, mixing liquor and glutaraldehyde at ratio of 1:50, adding glutaraldehyde and salix solution at volume ratio of 1:10-1:25, reacting for 1 hour, adding 1-100 g/L polyamide-amine aqueous solution, mixing polyamide-amine aqueous solution and salix cellulose aqueous solution at volume ratio of 1:5-1:10, reacting for 24 hours, washing with distilled water and ethanol, and drying to get polyamide-amine modified salix cellulose; dissolving silk protein in deionized water and 1-100 g/L aqueous solution, dropping 1-100 g/L ferric salt solution into silk protein solution at 50-80 degrees C at mass ratio of 1:1-10:1, stirring, adding solution of 1-5 wt.% calcium chloride at rate of 30 drops/minute, adjusting pH to 10-12, stirring at 60 degrees C for 1 hour, adding polyamide-amine modified salix cellulose, reacting for 24 hours, placing into liquid nitrogen for 1 minute, placing in - 20 degrees C freezer for 6 hours, putting into thermo cryogenic refrigerator freezer at - 80 degrees C for 6 hours, and placing in freeze-drying machine for 48 hours to obtain porous magnetic composite material; and configuring concentration of 0.1-100 g/L graphene oxide solution for 1 hour, impregnating graphene oxide solution for 24 hours, removing with ethanol, washing with deionized water, and vacuum drying.
