NOVELTY - Expanded polypropylene sheet comprises 50-70 pts. wt. foamed polypropylene, 20-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. polyurethane, 8-15 pts. wt. ultrafine nucleating agent, 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-6 pts. wt. foaming agent and 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Used as expanded polypropylene sheet. ADVANTAGE - The sheet: is environmentally friendly, light weight, safe and non-toxic; has excellent processing performance, and does not emit odor during heating or secondary thermoplastic processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing expanded polypropylene sheet comprising (i) adding foamed polypropylene, graphene oxide, polyurethane, ultrafine nucleating agent, antioxidant, foaming agent and lubricant into twin-screw extruder for mixing, and then extruding from die to obtain molten state mixture, where extrusion temperature is 150-200 degrees C, and (ii) extruding molten state mixture from the die directly introduced into three-roll press and rolling into sheet.
