NOVELTY - A high-safety primary lithium-manganese battery comprises positive electrode sheet, negative electrode sheet, ceramic separator, electrolyte comprising lithium salt and organic solvent, and battery shell. The positive electrode sheet, ceramic separator, pre-lithiated negative electrode sheet and ceramic separator are repeatedly laminated in order to form dry battery core. The primary lithium-manganese battery is made by placing dry battery core into battery shell and injecting electrolyte, aging, sealing and aging. The negative electrode sheet is electrochemically pre-doped with lithium to convert fully-charged secondary lithium battery negative electrode sheet or zero-charged lithium/carbon half-cell positive electrode sheet into pre-lithiated negative electrode sheet. The positive and negative sides of positive electrode sheet are provided with positive electrode reserved lugs and pre-lithiated negative electrode sheet is provided with negative electrode reserved lugs on both sides. USE - High-safety primary lithium-manganese battery. ADVANTAGE - The high-safety primary lithium-manganese battery has no problems of fire, deflagration, or explosion after impact, extrusion and puncture tests. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-safety primary lithium-manganese battery comprises positive electrode sheet, negative electrode sheet, ceramic separator, electrolyte and battery shell. The positive electrode sheet, ceramic separator, pre-lithiated negative electrode sheet and ceramic separator are repeatedly laminated in order to form dry battery core. The primary lithium-manganese battery is made by placing dry battery core into the battery shell and injecting electrolyte, aging, sealing and aging. The negative electrode sheet is electrochemically pre-doped with lithium to convert the fully-charged secondary lithium battery negative electrode sheet or zero-charged lithium/carbon half-cell positive electrode sheet into pre-lithiated negative electrode sheet. The positive and negative sides of the positive electrode sheet are provided with positive electrode reserved lugs and pre-lithiated negative electrode sheet is provided with negative electrode reserved lugs on both sides. When several of pre-lithiated negative electrode sheets are stacked, the negative electrode reserved lugs are aligned with each other and formed into the multiple negative electrode tabs, the multiple negative electrode tabs and flat metal foil current collector are welded to form negative electrode tabs. The ceramic separator is nano-microporous ceramic separator having high mechanical strength, high porosity and high wettability. The electrolyte is prepared by mixing 0.7-2 mol lithium salt solution and organic solvent with high boiling point temperature and low vapor pressure, and the organic solvent is carbonate or carboxylate solvent, the both ends of battery shell are respectively provided with shell positive current collector and shell negative current collector. The positive electrode tabs and negative electrode tabs are respectively connected to shell positive current collector and shell negative current collector. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high-safety primary lithium-manganese battery, which involves using positive electrode sheet comprising 85-98 %mass positive electrode material, 1-10 %mass conductive agent, 1-15 %mass binder, current collector aluminum mesh, current collector copper mesh, pre-lithiated negative electrode sheet comprising 85-98 %mass negative electrode material, 1-10 %mass conductive agent and 1-15 %mass binder, nano-alumina coating, ceramic separator, electrolyte and battery shell.
