▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Portable graphene electrode array sensor comprises an array circuit board (1). Multiple graphene sensor units (3) are connected by an array circuit (2). The graphene sensor unit includes an insulating substrate. An active layer is epitaxially grown on the insulating base substrate, and is grown with one layer or multiple layers of heterogeneous quantum dot structures. A graphene layer is grown in the heterogeneous dot structure of the quantum dot structure, where the graphene layer is a three-dimensional graphene nano-wall or a two-layer graphene film, and the thickness is 10-50 nm. USE - The sensor is useful for multi-dimensional biological signal detection including micromechanical stripping, pyrolysis silicon carbide, chemical vapour deposition (CVD) on the transition metal and heavy metal and chemical intercalation oxidation method. ADVANTAGE - The sensor: solves the insulating substrate and graphene material with different lattice constant and thermal expansion coefficient and lack of catalytic performance, long growth time, forming defect and further affecting the quality of the growth and characteristics and performance of the device; efficiently prevents the propagation of dislocation defect to reduce the defect density of the semiconductor material; and reduces the critical thickness of the inducing layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a structural diagram of the portable graphene electrode array sensor for multi-dimensional biological signal detection.
