NOVELTY - High-adhesion bio-based two-component polyurethane coating, comprises main agent, a curing agent and a diluent in a mass ratio of 100: (40-60): (30-70), where the main agent comprises 40-70 wt.% bio-based polyurethane acrylic resin, 5-40 wt.% pigment and filler, 5-25 wt.% dilution solvent, 0.1-0.3 wt.% leveling agent, 0.1-0.3 wt.% defoaming agent,0.5-2 wt.% dispersant and 0.1-2 wt.% anti-settling agent. The curing agent comprises 50.0-70.0 wt.% bio-based isocyanate PDI biuret curing agent, 10.0-40.0 wt.% n-butyl acetate, 0-15 wt.% propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and 0.1-0.5 wt.% dehydrating agent. USE - The high-adhesion bio-based two-component polyurethane coating is useful for glazed substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has flexibility, high hardness, wear resistance, solvent resistance, weather resistance, tensile strength, mechanical toughness, decoration and protection effect.
