NOVELTY - A flame-retardant fire extinguishing agent comprises 70-85 pts. wt. water, 5-15 pts. wt. cyclic phosphate and 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphene oxide. The cyclic phosphate is cyclohexyl methyl phosphate, dicyclopentyl methyl phosphate and/or monochloropentyl methyl phosphate. USE - Efficient and environmentally-friendly flame-retardant fire extinguishing agent for use in polymer flame-retardant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fire extinguishing agent has excellent fire extinguishing effect and flame retardant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing efficient and environmentally-friendly flame-retardant fire extinguishing agent, which involves adding water and graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes, adding cyclic phosphate, stirring evenly at 40-60 degrees C, and reducing the temperature to room temperature.
