NOVELTY - An epoxy sealant comprises 40-60 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 30-50 pts. wt. rare earth-polyurethane prepolymer modified nano silicon carbide, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. epoxy palm oil, 5-10 pts. wt. CYH-277 diluent, 20-60 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.01-0.05 pt. wt. UV stabilizer, and 0.01-0.05 pt. wt. UV absorber. USE - Epoxy sealant for LED display screen. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy sealant has excellent dispersibility, binding property, composite properties, sealing protection effect, and prolonged life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of epoxy sealant, which involves mixing bisphenol A epoxy resin, rare earth-polyurethane prepolymer modified nano silicon carbide, graphene oxide, epoxy palm oil, CYH-277 diluent, antioxidant, UV stabilizer, and UV absorber, uniformly stirring, adding curing agent, stirring, heating the mixed material at 60-80 degrees C, injecting the obtained glue liquid into LED mold to be packaged by vacuum de-foaming process, nature precuring for 2-3 hours, removing the pre-packaged LED, placing in vacuum oven, heating at 80-100 degrees C, and curing at constant temperature for 3-4 hours.
