NOVELTY - Manufacture of composite sole formed by plastic suction at large bottom involves: preparing forming mold for preparing sole shape, polyurethane composite foaming mold, first mold for preparing shoe outsole primary blank and second mold for preparing middle sole primary blank, heating and softening thermoplastic polyurethane film with thickness of 1-3 mm, fixing on plastic forming mold through plastic sucking machine, cooling to obtain thermoplastic polyurethane sole, putting in first mold, adding wear-resistant layer agent containing foaming agent into first mold, laminating wear-resistant layer in thermoplastic polyurethane sole, using cooling water to control temperature at 66-116degrees Celsius, molding into blank, cooling and removing film and taking out to obtain shoe outsole primary blank; and injecting ethylene-vinyl acetate foaming mixed slurry into second mold through injection molding machine, using cooling water temperature to control temperature and forming into blank. USE - The method is used for manufacturing composite sole formed by plastic suction at large bottom. ADVANTAGE - The sole has high performance, large bottom plastic forming and excellent wear resistance, skid resistance and soft comfort, and solves problem that middle sole material and outsole material are adhered and easy to be degummed by adhesive. The shoe outsole primary blank comprises preset composite locating hole. The middle sole primary blank comprises preset composite locating guide post and sole extending edge. The thermoplastic polyurethane sole comprises bottom wall and side wall. The bottom and side wall form cavity.
