▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/carbon black conductive ink comprises (1) dispersing carbon black and graphene with a mass ratio of 1-2:3 in deionized water and absolute ethanol in sequence to obtain a mixed system, and (2) adding aqueous acrylic resin, methyl cellulose and water-based dispersant with a mass ratio of 20-25:1:1 into mixing system, and mixing uniformly to obtain graphene/carbon black conductive ink. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/carbon black conductive ink, which is useful in ink direct writing three-dimentional printing (claimed), and flexible electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The ink: is economical; has good conductivity, and stable performance; realizes replacing traditional metal wire; shorten time of the traditional manufacturing circuit board; and improves process efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene/carbon black conductive ink; and (2) use method of graphene/carbon black conductive ink comprising using three-dimentional MAX software to carrying out three-dimensional modeling of the circuit pattern, and then using a printing needle with an inner diameter of 0.5 mm and a line width greater than 0.5 mm to convert graphene/carbon black conductive ink, adding to ink direct writing three-dimentional printer, printing circuit on the paper, and finally drying obtained paper and circuit to complete ink direct writing three-dimentional printing of graphene/carbon black conductive ink.
