▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a substrate including a polymer layer in a non-crosslinked state. Colloidal particles are applied to the polymer layer. The substrate coated with the colloidal particles is heated to embed the colloid particles in the polymer layers. A metal layer is deposited on a surface of the polymer. The polymer layer is made of a negative photoresist material. Thickness of 0.1-1000 micrometers. A portion of the substrate is cross-linked by irradiating light. The colloid particle is selected from a group consisting of silica particles, polystyrene particles and graphene oxide particles. USE - Method for manufacturing a plasmonic metasurface material. ADVANTAGE - The multicolor graphics can be generated through a simple process using colloidal crystals. The graphics show high visibility by simultaneously using two different coloring mechanisms, plasmonic resonance and diffraction. The manufacturing procedure is relatively simple and reproducible. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of a method for manufacturing a plasmonic metasurface material.
