NOVELTY - The system has an energy-saving device provided with a graphene outer shell. Magnet components are arranged on a side surface of the graphene outer shell. A set of quantum components is arranged on another side surface of the graphene outer shell such that fuel flows into the graphene outer shell sequentially flowing through each magnet component and each quantum component. A pipeline is in communication with a fuel pipe for distributing fuel in the fuel graphene outer shell. A connecting seat is connected with the graphene outer shell to cover on the graphene outer shell, and comprises an upper protective cover and a lower protective cover connected with the graphene outer shell. The upper protective cover is clamped with the lower protective cover. The lower protective cover is provided with a locating bolt. The locating bolt is sleeved with a spring propped against a fixing seat. The fixing seat is connected with the connecting seat for fixing in a vehicle engine cabin. USE - Locomotive oil-saving and emission-reducing system. ADVANTAGE - The system has high fuel processing rate, and improves combustion efficiency of fuel, property of fluid and combustion efficiency and reduces engine carbon deposition.
