NOVELTY - Preparation of oligonucleotide layer graphene by gradient oxidation comprises dispersing carbon material and oxidant in distilled water, reacting for 3-12 hours, adding 100-500 mu L strong acid in ice bath, reacting for 30-90 minutes at 80 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 0.5-2 hours, adding water, filtering, washing filter cake and drying to obtain the manganese oxide/graphene composite; and crushing product of step (1), dispersing water, adding diluted hydrochloric acid, stirring for 1-6 hours to remove coating on manganese graphene oxide, filtering and washing to obtain graphene. USE - Method of preparing oligonucleotide layer graphene by gradient oxidation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses simple device, simple and easy to operate, has less strong acid amount and environment-friendly in the large scale production.
