▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of aerogel particle-doped nano-graphene filter material involves: (1) taking 80-90 pts. wt. deionized water, adding 2-5 pts. wt. vacuum-dried silicon dioxide aerogel powder and 3-6 pts. wt. nano-graphene, stirring for 15-45 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing for 10 minutes, adding 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. surfactant, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. coupling agent and 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. penetrating agent, stirring with a magnetic stirrer for 15-45 minutes, and ultrasonically dispersing for 10-15 minutes to obtain uniformly dispersed nano-silicon dioxide aerogel/graphene dispersion; and (2) immersing a common Terylene (RTM: synthetic polyester fiber) filter material in the aerogel/graphene dispersion, shaping, drying, and rolling. USE - The method is useful for preparing aerogel particle-doped nano-graphene filter material useful for filtering smoke dust in industrial flue gas. ADVANTAGE - The method provides aerogel particle-doped nano-graphene filter material, which has low thermal shrinkage, and excellent high temperature resistance, wear resistance and adsorption effect on volatile organic compounds such as xylene, than the flame-retardant Terylene (RTM: synthetic polyester fiber) filter material due to the synergistic effect of the microporous structure and large specific surface area of aerogel and graphene.
