▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing a graphene aerogel with an oriented structure involves providing a graphene oxide dispersion, directly extruding the graphene oxide dispersion through an extrusion mechanism with a coat hanger type die head, so that the graphene oxide sheet diameter in the graphene oxide dispersion is subjected to shear stress to form an orientation, subjecting the oriented graphene oxide sheet diameter to freezing molding, vacuum drying and performing reduction treatment. USE - The graphene aerogel is useful in an electromagnetic shielding material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene aerogel has a large shielding surface area and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the graphene aerogel prepared by the method; and (2) a preparation system of the graphene aerogel comprising the extrusion mechanism with the coat hanger die, which is used at least to directly extrude the graphene oxide dispersion input in it, so that the diameter of the graphene oxide sheet in the graphene oxide dispersion is subjected to shear stress to form orientation, a freezing setting mechanism, which is used to at least perform a freezing molding process on the diameter of the oriented graphene oxide sheet, and after vacuum drying, to obtain an oriented structure graphene oxide aerogel and a reduction mechanism which is at least used for chemically reducing the graphene oxide aerogel after freezing and molding treatment to obtain the graphene aerogel.
