NOVELTY - Release film comprises a silicone oil adhesion layer, an intermediate layer and an upper adhesion layer. The middle layer is located between the silicone oil adhesion layer and the upper adhesion layer, and the silicone oil adhesion layer is used to reduce the adhesion of the film surface. The upper adhesion layer is used to fix the release film itself, and the middle layer is used for uniform heat conduction to ensure that the inside of the release film is heated uniformly. The intermediate layer includes 24-29 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 11-16 pts. wt. graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. modifying agent, 1-4 pts. wt. curing agent and 3-8 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Release film for layered heat-conducting silicone sheets. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures ionization of the anion under the charge repulsion effect of the ion ionized by the sodium tripolyphosphate, which is capable of fully dispersing in the material, so as to improve the heat-resistant curing effect of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing release film, which involves: equentially acrylic resin to the reaction vessel graphene; preheating the modifier and dispersant, after preheating, adding the modifier and dispersant into the smelting rubber for stirring; putting the curing agent into the reaction vessel and stirring and mixing uniformly with the smelting rubber to generate the pasty connecting glue and then standing; coating the connection glue between the silicon oil adhesion layer and the upper adhesion layer, and removing the connection glue overflow portion to form an intermediate layer and then reducing the temperature and curing to obtain release film.
