NOVELTY - Method for preparing a small-sized graphene dispersion, involves (i) preprocessing by adding graphene to an upper open polyethylene terephthalate bottle, pouring liquid nitrogen to completely soak graphene, leaving still and completely evaporating the liquid nitrogen in the bottle, (ii) carrying out ultra-low temperature treatment by pouring liquid nitrogen to the polyethylene terephthalate bottle again to completely soak the graphene, placing the polyethylene terephthalate bottle in the liquid nitrogen tank and leaving still, (iii) drying by taking out the polyethylene terephthalate bottle from the liquid nitrogen tank, placing at room temperature and completely evaporating the liquid nitrogen in the polyethylene terephthalate bottle, (iv) mixing by immediately pouring solvent to polyethylene terephthalate bottle and oscillating slightly, and (v) dispersing by placing the polyethylene terephthalate bottle in an ice water bath and ultrasonically processing to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing small-sized graphene dispersion. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains stable small-sized graphene dispersion with excellent dispersion stability, and completes the preparation process of the graphene dispersion in a short time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing a small-sized graphene dispersion, involves (i) preprocessing by adding graphene to an upper open polyethylene terephthalate bottle, pouring liquid nitrogen to completely soak graphene, leaving still at room temperature and completely evaporating the liquid nitrogen in the bottle, (ii) carrying out ultra-low temperature treatment by pouring liquid nitrogen to the polyethylene terephthalate bottle again to completely soak the graphene, placing the polyethylene terephthalate bottle in the liquid nitrogen tank and leaving still, (iii) drying by taking out the polyethylene terephthalate bottle from the liquid nitrogen tank, placing at room temperature and completely evaporating the liquid nitrogen in the polyethylene terephthalate bottle, (iv) mixing by immediately pouring solvent to polyethylene terephthalate bottle after the liquid nitrogen in the polyethylene terephthalate bottle is completely evaporated in step (iv) and oscillating slightly, and (v) dispersing by placing the polyethylene terephthalate bottle in an ice water bath and ultrasonically processing to obtain the product.
