▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An expandable graphite is heated to obtain expanded graphite. The expanded graphite is added to primary solvent to obtain expanded graphene suspension. The expanded graphene suspension is placed in quartz reactor, reacted at 150-200 degrees C, and the resulting mixture is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene suspension. The graphene suspension is centrifuged, and the supernatant is filtered using microporous membrane to obtain graphene thin film. The graphene film is immersed in secondary solvent, removed, washed with ethanol and dried to obtain graphene film collector. USE - Preparation of graphene film collector (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene film collector having high electroconductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An expandable graphite is heated to 800-1200 degrees C for 10-60 seconds to obtain expanded graphite. The expanded graphite is added to primary solvent having concentration of 0.5-5 mg/ml to obtain expanded graphene suspension. The expanded graphene suspension is placed in quartz reactor, reacted at 150-200 degrees C for 5-12 hours, and the resulting mixture is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion for 1-2 hours to obtain graphene suspension. The graphene suspension is centrifuged, and the supernatant is filtered using microporous membrane to obtain graphene thin film. The graphene thin film is immersed in secondary solvent, removed, washed with ethanol and dried at room temperature. The graphene film is placed in oven and dried at 150-250 degrees C to obtain graphene film collector.
