NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene modified electrodes is prepared by immersing pre-treated gold electrodes in ethanol solution containing 4-aminothiophenol, adding graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing mixture, adding ammonia, rinsing with ethanol, immersing electrodes in solution of 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide, adding mixed solution of N-hydroxysuccinimide, reacting, washing electrodes with distilled water and freeze-drying electrodes. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene modified electrodes used for marker for detecting tumor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of three-dimensional graphene modified electrodes having excellent electrocatalytic activity, electroconductivity and stability, and large surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A three-dimensional graphene modified electrodes is prepared by immersing pre-treated gold electrodes in 0.5 mM ethanol solution containing 4-aminothiophenol, maintaining still for 1-3 hours, adding graphene oxide solution formed by dissolving graphene oxide in water, ultrasonically dispersing mixture, adding ammonia to mixture to form mixture with ammonia concentration of 25-28%, removing electrodes, rinsing with ethanol, immersing electrodes in solution of 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide, adding mixed solution of N-hydroxysuccinimide, reacting at room temperature for 6-8 hours, reacting mixture at 140-180 degrees C for 6-8 hours, removing electrodes, washing electrodes with distilled water and freeze-drying electrodes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of three-dimensional graphene modified electrodes used for marker for detecting tumor.
