NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene involves igniting the cold plasma placed in reaction chamber using shielding gas, placing non-high-temperature organic solvent in plasma, introducing gaseous or liquid carbon source into lit cold plasma, activating gaseous carbon source by cleavage or activating liquid carbon source after activation cracking, dissolving cracked carbon in organic solvent, immersing supercooled target film in organic solvent, so that the dissolved carbon in organic solvent is supersaturated on supercooled target film, and forming graphene film on supercooled target film. USE - Preparation of graphene from non-high temperature liquid phase. ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene has excellent quality, and is economical and pollution free.
