NOVELTY - A flame retardant board comprises 85-100 pts. wt. polyethylene, 60-85 pts. wt. polyurethane, 35-55 pts. wt. nano powder, 25-35 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 20-30 pts. wt. wood fiber, 20-25 pts. wt. resin, 12-18 pts. wt. stabilizer, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 7-10 pts. wt. zinc borate, 5-7 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 4-6 pts. wt. flame retardant, 3-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, and 2-3 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - Flame retardant board. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant board has high strength and excellent flame retardance, waterproof performance, and does not have problem such as slag falling off which greatly prolongs the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of flame-retardant panel, which involves mixing the raw materials using a high speed mixer, heating to 90-100 degrees C, cooling to 70-85 degrees C for stirring and mixing, feeding the uniformly mixed raw materials into a twin-screw extruder for foaming, and controlling the temperature of the twin-screw extruder to be 210-220 degrees C, calendering after the molten material is placed in a vacuum oven for drying and cooling.
