NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene grafted epoxy resin material comprises (a) preparing aromatic dicarboxy functionalized graphene, (b) adding distilled water and aromatic dicarboxylic functionalized graphene into the beaker, dispersing uniformly, placing in a low-temperature reaction equipment, adding concentrated sulfuric acid dropwisely at -5 to 5 degrees C and stirring for 1-2 hours, heating to 20-30 degrees C, adding sodium azide, heating to 50-70 degrees C, stirring the reaction for 12-24 hours, centrifuging and separating the product and washing to obtain aromatic diamino functionalized graphene, and (c) adding ethylene glycol dimethyl ether solvent, epoxy resin and aromatic diamino functionalized graphene into the beaker, heating to 80-100 degrees C, and reacting for 6-12 hours, adding amine curing agent, vacuum drying to remove the solvent, pouring the product into mold, curing at 70-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours and curing at 110-120 degrees C for 2-4 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing functionalized graphene grafted epoxy resin material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the interface force and compatibility of graphene and epoxy resin, modifies the covalent bond, avoids the aggregation and agglomeration of graphene nanoparticles, the highly dispersed graphene nanoparticles form a three-dimensional heat conduction path in the epoxy resin matrix, improves the thermal conductivity and thermal conductivity of epoxy resin, at the same time, graphene acts as a cross-linking center, which has a good enhancement effect on the tensile strength and toughness of epoxy resin materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing functionalized graphene grafted epoxy resin material comprises (a) adding distilled water and 5-aminoisophthalic acid into a beaker, placing in a low-temperature reaction device, adding chilled sodium nitrite aqueous solution at -5 to 5 degrees C, and stirring to react for 2-4 hours, adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring and reacting for 3-6 hours, heating to 20-30 degrees C, reacting for 5-10 hours, heating to 50-70 degrees C, reacting for 10-20 hours, centrifuging, separating and washing the product and drying to obtain aromatic dicarboxy functionalized graphene, (b) adding distilled water and aromatic dicarboxylic functionalized graphene into the beaker, dispersing uniformly, placing in a low-temperature reaction equipment, adding concentrated sulfuric acid dropwisely at -5 to 5 degrees C and stirring for 1-2 hours, heating to 20-30 degrees C, adding sodium azide, heating to 50-70 degrees C, stirring the reaction for 12-24 hours, centrifuging and separating the product and washing to obtain aromatic diamino functionalized graphene, and (c) adding ethylene glycol dimethyl ether solvent, epoxy resin and aromatic diamino functionalized graphene into the beaker, heating to 80-100 degrees C, and reacting for 6-12 hours, adding amine curing agent, vacuum drying to remove the solvent, pouring the product into mold, curing at 70-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours and curing at 110-120 degrees C for 2-4 hours.
