▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing zinc-doped titanium dioxide/graphene composite material involves dispersing graphene oxide in water at 55-65 degrees C with stirring to obtain dispersion. The inhibitor is added with obtained dispersion, and then adjusted pH value to 2-3, where inhibitor is selected from acetylacetone or glacial acetic acid. The butyl titanate and zinc nitrate solution are added with obtained dispersion to obtain sol. The obtained sol is cured, dried, roasted and ground to obtain zinc-doped titanium dioxide/graphene composite material. USE - Method for preparing zinc-doped titanium dioxide/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare zinc-doped titanium dioxide/graphene composite material in simple, easy and cost effective manner.
