▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene polymer composite material (10) comprises 0.01-20 wt.% nano graphene sheet(s) (11), 40-99 wt.% matrix resin (13), and 1-40 wt.% filler (15). The graphene sheets are dispersed in the matrix resin and are in contact with each other through the filler. The ratio of particle size of the filler to a thickness of the graphene sheet is 2-1000. USE - Graphene polymer composite material is used in electronic technologies e.g. semiconductor. Can also be used in automobile industries, airplane, information applications, and medical applications. ADVANTAGE - The graphene polymer composite material has excellent mechanical property, oxidation resistance, acid-base resistance, high electroconductivity and thermal conductivity. The graphene sheet provides hydrophilic and hydrophobic functional groups to form chemical bonds with the matrix resin and the filler, and improves the strength of junction cohesion and mixing uniformity.
