NOVELTY - Integrated electrode-bipolar plate comprises graphene film which is used as the bipolar plate in the middle layer, and polyacrylonitrile carbon fibers of the same thickness are used as electrodes on both sides of the bipolar plate. USE - Integrated electrode-bipolar plate. ADVANTAGE - The integrated electrode-bipolar plate is effectively solves the complicated installation, meets the needs of the electrode-bipolar plate structure with different thicknesses by controlling the thickness of the polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber, green and environmentally friendly, and simple andsuitable for the current batch preparation and industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an integrated electrode-bipolar plate, which involves: (A) placing graphene film between polyacrylonitrile carbon fibers of equal thickness, and punching needle to form a felt body; (B) sequentially performing pre-oxidation treatment, carbonization treatment, and high temperature treatment on the felt body to form an integrated porous carbon felt-graphene film-carbon felt; and (C) subjecting porous carbon felt-graphene film-carbon felt to vacuum hot pressing to obtain an integrated electrode-bipolar plate structure.
