▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reduction of graphene oxide comprises reacting diisocyanate modified amphiphilic polymer and graphene oxide at mass ratio of 1000:1-1:1000, in organic solvent at 50-200 degrees C for 0.1-120 hours, separating solid product from reaction mixture and fully washing solid product using organic solvent to obtain target product reduced graphene, with diisocyanate modified amphiphilic polymer obtained from reaction of amphiphilic polymer and diisocyanate. USE - Method for reducing graphene oxide (claimed) used for gene medicine carrier, biosensor and composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and has low cost; and the prepared reduced graphene is with good conductivity, wide stable dispersing solvent range and good biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Reduction of graphene oxide comprises reacting diisocyanate modified amphiphilic polymer and graphene oxide at mass ratio of 1000:1-1:1000, in organic solvent at 50-200 degrees C for 0.1-120 hours, separating solid product from reaction mixture and fully washing solid product using organic solvent to obtain target product reduced graphene, with diisocyanate modified amphiphilic polymer obtained from reaction of amphiphilic polymer and diisocyanate. The diisocyanate is toluene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, 4,4'-methylene benzene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, trimethyl diisocyanate, dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate and p-phenylene diisocyanate; the amphiphilic polymer is polyethylene glycol, monomethyl polyethylene glycol, Tween (RTM: polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester), Triton (RTM: surface-active polyoxyethylene ether), p-octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitol aliphatic ester and polypropylene ether; and the organic solvent is N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF), dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP).
