NOVELTY - Wear-resistant self-lubricating composite material comprises 4-6 wt.% nano-silicon carbide fibers, 4-6 wt.% graphene and 88-92 wt.% polylaurolactam. USE - Wear-resistant self-lubricating composite material used for elevator guide shoe lining. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant self-lubricating composite material has higher wear resistance and self-lubricating performance, reduces wear amount of guide shoe lining by 55% compared with commercially available nylon 12 guide shoe lining, and effectively protects elevator guide shoes and rails to extend service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: 1. a method for preparing wear-resistant self-lubricating composite material for elevator guide shoe linings, which involves: a. mixing nano-silicon carbide fiber, graphene and polylaurolactam to obtain mixed powder; b. mixing mixed powder with absolute ethanol to obtain mixed system A; c. adding deionized water to mixing system A, and ultrasonically dispersing for 4-8 hours to obtain mixing system B; and d. stirring mixed system B for 4-8 hours, under temperature condition of 80-120degrees Celsius, drying and screening to obtain wear-resistant self-lubricating composite material for elevator guide shoe lining; and 2. a method for applying wear-resistant self-lubricating composite material for elevator guide shoe lining, which involves: a. preparing composite material by injection molding machine to obtain elevator guide shoe lining, where barrel temperature of injection molding machine is 200-240degrees Celsius, nozzle temperature is 220-260degrees Celsius, and mold temperature is 80-120degrees Celsius, pressure is 60-80 megapascal, and screw speed is 60-100 revolutions/minute.
