NOVELTY - Preparation of aluminum oxide/ferroferric oxide-doped graphene hybrid reinforced aluminum matrix composite material involves dry ball milling potassium ferrate, aluminum and graphite to obtain composite powder, washing the composite powder with deionized water, filtering and drying to obtain aluminum oxide/ferroferric oxide anchored graphene composite powder, drying and annealing to obtain composite powder with excellent crystallinity, grinding and refining the composite powder, ball milling aluminum powder to obtain refined aluminum powder particles, ball milling with composite powder to obtain mixed powder, cold-pressing to obtain compressed sample, placing the compressed sample in tube furnace and vacuum sintering. USE - Preparation of aluminum oxide/ferroferric oxide-doped graphene hybrid reinforced aluminum matrix composite material for industrial, automobile and aerospace applications. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, easy and economical, and produces composite material with excellent physical and mechanical properties such as high specific strength, specific rigidity, and high impact resistance.
