▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing alumina ceramics comprises (S1) adding water, dispersant and binder to the ceramic composition for ball milling to obtain a slurry, where the ceramic composition comprises 65-95 wt.% aluminum oxide, 3-30 wt.% titanium dioxide, 0.2-1.5 wt.% silicon dioxide, 0.2-3 wt.% sintering aid and 0-5 wt.% zinc oxide, (S2) subjecting the slurry to spray granulation to obtain composite alumina powder, (S3) dry pressing the composite alumina powder, and then performing cold isostatic pressing to obtain a green body, and (S4) pre-sintering the green body in an oxygen-free atmosphere, and then sintering by hot isostatic pressing to obtain alumina ceramics. USE - The alumina ceramic is used in preparing antistatic materials. ADVANTAGE - The alumina ceramic has excellent antistatic performance, high strength and high hardness.
