NOVELTY - Graphene zinc-containing antirust paint comprises component A and component B, where the component A comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 175-275 pts. wt. zinc powder, 5-15 pts. wt. aluminum powder slurry, 8-12 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 30-70 pts. wt. solvent, 130-170 pts. wt. extender filler and 40-60 pts. wt. acrylic acid modified graphene dispersion liquid, and the component B comprises 60-80 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - The antirust paint is useful for preventing corrosion of various industrial devices e.g. metal and alloy product, and conductive adhesive and anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The antirust paint has excellent toughness, strong impact resistance, dry surface, fast drying speed, spraying, brush coating without orange peel and needle eye, and excellent salt mist resistant performance, and is capable of preventing corrosion of various industrial devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antirust paint, comprising uniformly mixing epoxy resin, acrylic modified graphene oxide dispersion, zinc powder, aluminum powder slurry, additives, solvents and fillers before filtering, preparing the graphene zinc-containing antirust paint component A, and mixing it with the second component before use to obtain the graphene zinc-containing antirust paint.
