NOVELTY - Preparing toughness reduced graphene involves taking 3-4 pts. wt. sodium borohydride and adding to deionized water, which is 10-16 times, and stirred well. 0.7-1 pts. wt. polysorbate 80 is added and incubated at 50-60 degrees C for 4-10 minutes to obtain a reduced water emulsion. 1-2 pts. wt. dibenzothiazyl disulfide and 47-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide are mixed and added to the tetrahydrofuran 10-14 times the weight of the mixture and stirred for 3-5 minutes by magnetic force to obtain a graphene dispersion. USE - Method for preparing toughness reduced graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare toughness reduced graphene, which has effectively improved toughness and strength, do not easily forms agglomerates in the organic matrix, has a very good promoting effect on improving the stability strength of the finished composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing toughness reduced graphene involves taking 3-4 pts. wt. sodium borohydride and adding to deionized water, which is 10-16 times, and stirred well. 0.7-1 pts. wt. polysorbate 80 is added and incubated at 50-60 degrees C for 4-10 minutes to obtain a reduced water emulsion. 1-2 pts. wt. dibenzothiazyl disulfide and 47-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide are mixed and added to the tetrahydrofuran 10-14 times the weight of the mixture and stirred for 3-5 minutes by magnetic force to obtain a graphene dispersion. 4-7 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 3-4 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. acrylic acid are mixed, added in 7-9 times the weight of the mixture of anhydrous toluene, stirred well, send to the reaction vessel, and nitrogen is passed. The reactor temperature is raised to 60-70 degrees C, heated and stirred for 2-3 hours, discharged to obtain polyanhydride solution. 2 to 3 pts. wt. barium stearate and 0.6 to 1 pts. wt. zinc stearate are mixed, and added to thionyl chloride 10 to 15 times the weight of the mixture. The temperature is raised to 50-60 degrees C, stirred for 20-30 minutes, the material is cooled to room temperature to obtain a stearate solution. The polyanhydride solution is taken and added to deionized water having a weight of 10-14 times, stirred uniformly, and mixed with the stearate solution, stirred at 75-80 degrees C for 3-5 hours. 0.7-2 pts. wt. triethylamine is added and temperature is reduced to 40-50 degrees C, incubated for 1-2 hours, mixed with the graphene dispersion, and ultrasonic treatment is performed for 10-20 minutes to obtain amidated graphene dispersion. The raw water emulsion and amidated graphene dispersion are mixed, temperature is raised to 90-95 degrees C, and stirred for 3-4 hours. The ethanol is distilled off and sent to an oven at 80-85 degrees C. The drying is complete and the material is cooled to obtain the toughness reduced graphene.
