▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene three dimensional (3D) printing material involves preparing raw materials of 10-20 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 10-40 pts. wt. silica gel powder, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. maleic anhydride polymer, and 80-100 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran. The tetrahydrofuran is removed by distillation to separate the water into two parts A and B. The mass ratio of the A solution to the B solution is (2-3):1. The silica gel powder is put in solution A, stirred until dissolved, and then dispersed the graphene. After mixing the polyvinyl chloride and maleic anhydride polymers, put them into the B solution to fully dissolve them. After mixing the two solutions at 30-60 degrees C, warmed up to 120 degrees C until the reaction is complete, and collected the volatile tetrahydrofuran. The solution is cryogenically powder to obtain a 3D printing material with a powder diameter of 20-200 nanometer. USE - Method for preparing graphene 3D printing material used for 3D printing wires. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene 3D printing material for 3D printing wires, that can be made to realize the diversification of material applications.
