NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene, involves injecting graphite flake and stripping liquid into kettle main portion, stirring to mix materials, heating kettle main portion, discharging upper suspension liquid into storage tank after reaction is stopped, standing to obtain initial product, delivering obtained graphene suspension of storage tank to centrifuge, taking supernatant, obtaining filter cake, washing obtained filter cake with distilled water and carrying out freeze-drying of filter cake. The composition of stripping liquid comprises water, benzene sulfonate and scrubbing agent. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The stripping of graphene is carried out simultaneously in preparation process of graphene. The corrosion of equipment is not occurred. The graphene structure is not damaged. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene, involves injecting graphite flake and stripping liquid into kettle main portion with stirrer according to weight ratio of 1:2-10, starting kettle motor for stirring so as to mix materials evenly, heating kettle main portion, maintaining kettle main portion at temperature of 50-150 degrees C and pressure of 1-3 atm, discharging upper suspension liquid into storage tank through discharge port after reaction is stopped, standing for more than 24 hours to obtain initial product, delivering obtained graphene suspension of storage tank to centrifuge, taking supernatant, obtaining filter cake by vacuum filtration in vacuum filtration apparatus, washing obtained filter cake with appropriate amount of distilled water and carrying out freeze-drying of filter cake in freeze-drying apparatus for 3 hours or more. The composition of stripping liquid comprises 100 pts. wt. water, 30-50 pts. wt. benzene sulfonate and 1-3 pts. wt. scrubbing agent. The rotational speed of stirring shaft is 1000-2000 rpm/minute. The reaction time is 3-6 hours. The centrifuge speed is 1000-6000 rpm/minute. The centrifugation time is 10 minutes-2 hours.
