NOVELTY - Heating film comprises a substrate layer, an electronic slurry layer and a protective layer from bottom to top, where the substrate layer is a surface with a circuit. USE - Heating film used in heating device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heating film is cost-effective and heating temperature greater than 100degrees Celsius, which greatly expands the application field of the heating film. The printing conductive silver paste uses to arrange the circuit, and etched copper foil uses to arrange the circuit which reduces 70 % of cost. The heating temperature of the heating film exceeds 100-110degrees Celsius by using electronic slurry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) A method for preparing a heat-generating film, which involves: placing a metal foil on a substrate, and etching to obtain a substrate layer with a circuit on the surface. The electronic paste is printed on the surface of the substrate layer in a screen printing mode, and dried to obtain an electronic paste layer. The film is pasted on the surface of the electronic paste layer, cured to form a protective layer, and punched to obtain the heating film. The electronic paste comprises a carbon material, bisphenol A epoxy resin, a curing agent, a methylimidazole accelerator, butyl acetate, a reactive diluent, tetraethyl titanate, polyamide wax and a solvent.
