NOVELTY - Preparing human measles assaying graphite-silver nanocages based immunosensor involves applying aluminum oxide polishing powder on a glassy carbon electrode of 3mm diameter. The aluminum oxide coated-glassy carbon electrode is then cleaned with ultrapure water. (0.7-5 mg/mL) Thionine-graphene composite solution is taken. 5-10microliters Thionine-graphene composite solution from its total concentration is taken, and then transferred to the electrode surface. The electrode surface is then dried at room temperature. USE - Method for preparing human measles assaying graphite-silver nanocages based immunosensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphite-silver nanocages based immunosensor shows high sensitivity to human measles antigen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing human measles assaying graphite-silver nanocages based immunosensor involves applying aluminum oxide polishing powder on a glassy carbon electrode of 3mm diameter. The electrode surface is then immersed in 0.5-5% bovine serum albumin solution, later washed with ultrapure water, and then freeze-dried at 4 degrees C in the refrigerator. 5-10L Stock human measles antigen standard solution is prepared. 0.003-2.8nanogram/mL of the different concentrations series of human measles IgM antigen standard solution is then added dropwise to the electrode surface. The electrode surface is later washed with ultrapure water, and then freeze-dried at 4 degrees C in the refrigerator to obtain the finished product.
