▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing low-expansion thermally reduced graphene oxide involves oxidizing graphite to obtain graphite oxide, mixing graphite oxide with inorganic salt and ethanol in a mass ratio of 1:1-8:0.5-5, where the inorganic salt is sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium sulfate or potassium bromide. The mixture is heat-treated at 400-1100 degrees C for 1-10 hours, washed the heated product with water and dried to a moisture content of 5%. The product dried is crushed with a ball mill for 0.5-8 hours, and the rotation speed of the ball mill is 100-500 rpm to obtain low-expansion thermally reduced graphene oxide. The low-expansion thermally reduced graphene oxide is a powder with a diameter of 0.5-10 microns, and its bulk density is 0.02-0.20 g cm-3. USE - Method for preparing low-expansion thermally reduced graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare low-expansion thermally reduced graphene oxide effectively reduces the coefficient of friction of the lubricating grease and improves the performance.
