NOVELTY - A graphite-added hemp yarn nylon comprises 20-40:80-60 mass ratio of graphene nylon fiber and black nylon fiber. The graphene nylon fiber is prepared by taking 10-40:1 mass ratio of nylon chips and modified graphene, mixing, melt granulating, obtaining graphene nylon masterbatch, adding nylon chips according to mass ratio of 1:5-20, melt granulating, obtaining graphene nylon chips, adding nylon chips according to mass ratio of 1:2-4, and core-spinning. USE - Graphite-added hemp yarn nylon. ADVANTAGE - The yarn has maximum graphene efficiency, good antistatic property, enhanced antibacterial performance and durability, and has strength improvement of 20.4-36.1%.
