NOVELTY - Catalyst comprises 1-30 wt.% TS-1 molecular sieve, 20-50 wt.% gamma -aluminum oxide, 0.01-10 wt.% zirconia, 0.01-5 wt.% graphene and 10-40 wt.% heteropoly acid based on metal oxide, where catalyst specific surface area is 250-500 m2/g, and pore volume is 0.5-0.8 ml/g. USE - The catalyst is useful for hydrotreating diesel oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has specific diameter, large pore volume and higher hydrogen desulfurization activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing diesel oil hydrotreating catalyst comprising (i) mixing aluminum oxide powder, TS-1 molecular sieve, zirconia and mixing uniformly, then adding graphene, mixing uniformly, then adding extrusion assistant and binder, then mixing uniformly, extruding and forming, then freeze-drying or vacuum-drying, and calcining to obtain aluminum oxide-TS-1-zirconia-graphene composite oxide carrier, and (ii) using an impurity containing an active metal to form an immersion liquid, subjecting to equal volume impregnation, freeze-drying or vacuum drying, and calcining to obtain final product; and (2) use method of catalyst for hydrotreating diesel oil, comprising vulcanizing catalyst, and then hydrotreating of diesel at 280-380 degrees C under hydrogen partial pressure of 6-9 MPa, where hydrogen oil volume ratio is 300:1-600:1, and volumetric space velocity is 0.5-3 per hour.
