NOVELTY - Attachable microphone (10) comprises a substrate (100) having a back chamber (110) with a first tubular hollow, and a first frame member (120) surrounding the back chamber, and containing first polymer or inorganic material; a back plate unit (200) arranged on the substrate and having multiple first through holes, and containing a second polymer; a first electrode unit arranged on the rear plate unit, and having multiple second through holes and a first electrode member; a support unit arranged on the first electrode unit and having a front chamber with a second cylindrical hollow, and a second frame member containing a third polymer and surrounding the front chamber; a second electrode unit arranged on the support unit and having a second electrode member; and a diaphragm positioned on the second electrode unit and having a thin film containing a fourth polymer. USE - The attachable microphone is useful for microphone array (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The attachable microphone has high and constant sensitivity within audible frequency of 15-10000 Hz and size of 29-134 dB SPL; and can be attached to various surfaces including skin and curved surfaces; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing an attachable microphone.
