▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing polyamide wax modified sea urchin-shaped graphene involves mixing graphene and iron particles, and subjecting to phosphating treatment. The obtained precipitate is alowed to stand to obtain sea urchin-shaped graphene. Wax slurry is prepared by using polyamide wax. The obtained sea urchin-shaped graphene and wax slurry are mixed and dispersed, and then freeze-dried to obtain polyamide wax-modified sea urchin-shaped graphene. USE - Method for preparing polyamide wax modified sea urchin-shaped graphene for anticorrosive powder coating (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare polyamide wax modified sea urchin-shaped graphene that can improve the corrosion resistance, weather resistance and mechanical properties of powder coatings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an anticorrosive powder coating, which comprises 50-60 pts. wt. polyester resin, 3.8-4.6 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 20-40 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 2-4 pts. wt. benzoin, 2-4 pts. wt. brightener, 2-4 pts. wt. leveling agent and 5-15 pts. wt. polyamide wax-modified sea urchin-shaped graphene; and (2) a method for preparing an anticorrosive powder coating, which involves mixing other components except polyamide wax-modified sea urchin-shaped graphene according to corresponding amount, and heating and extruding to obtain a base material; mixing base material and corresponding amount of polyamide wax modified sea urchin-shaped graphene by a bonding process; and sieving the obtained coating through a sieve to obtain an anticorrosive powder coating.
