▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Photothermally actuated film, is claimed. The total thickness of the film is 35-50 μm. The range from one surface of the film to a thickness of 15-25 μm is composed of a high molecular polymer in the thickness direction of the film. The remaining thickness range is composed of high molecular polymer and photothermal filler uniformly dispersed in the high molecular polymer. The thermal expansion coefficient X of the high molecular polymer is 3.6×10-5-20×10-5/℃. The thermal expansion coefficient Y of the photothermal filler is 0.2-1.8×10-5/℃, and X/Y ≥ 2. USE - The photothermally actuated film is useful in flexible robots and bionic systems field (claimed) for converting light energy into mechanical energy due to reproducibility of light energy. ADVANTAGE - The photothermally actuated film is easy to prepare, has a simple structure, and fast response speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a photothermally actuated film comprising (S1) uniformly dispersing the high molecular polymer in the solvent to obtain a high molecular polymer solution, (S2) using a film-forming process to transfer the polymer solution to the substrate, and evaporating it at 40-100℃ for 1-4 hours to obtain a polymer film, and (S3) uniformly dispersing the photothermal filler in the solvent to obtain a photothermal filler dispersion, mixing the photothermal filler dispersion with the polymer solution, stirring uniformly, transferring to the high molecular polymer film by film formation, evaporating at 240-300℃ for 8-12 hours, and curing to obtain a photothermally actuated film.
