NOVELTY - Vacuum bag film, comprises 50-70 pts. wt. polyamide, 18-30 pts. wt. modified melamine formaldehyde resin, 10-15 pts. wt. polypropylene, 12-18 pts. wt. filler, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium methylsiliconate, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 2-4 pts. wt. heat stabilizer USE - Used as vacuum bag film. ADVANTAGE - The film: has simple preparation process, high mechanical strength, excellent gas barrier property, sealing property, high temperature resistance, stewing resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a vacuum bag film comprising (i) taking polyamide, modified melamine formaldehyde resin, polypropylene, a filler, methyl silicon alcohol sodium, an antioxidant and a heat stabilizer, (ii) sequentially adding polyamide, modified melamine-formaldehyde resin and polypropylene into a high-speed mixer and primarily mixing uniformly to obtain a main mixed material, and (iii) sequentially adding the filler, sodium methyl siliconate, antioxidant and heat stabilizer into the mixed main material obtained in the resultant step, uniformly mixing and blowing to obtain the final product.
