NOVELTY - A high-temperature resistant graphene lubricating oil comprises 180-240 pts. wt. base oil, 20-40 pts. wt. polymer viscosity modifier, 0.5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide composite material, 5-10 pts. wt. boron nitride, 0.5-5 pts. wt. coupling agent and 2-10 pts. wt. additive. USE - High-temperature resistant graphene lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The wear resistance of carbon cloth, protection of molybdenum disulfide and lubrication and wear resistance of lubricant are greatly improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for synthesis of the high-temperature resistant graphene lubricating oil comprising adding inorganic molybdenum source and sulfur into reaction kettle, adding proper amount of water, stirring and dispersing, adding carbon cloth, hydrothermal reacting at 120-180 degrees C for 2-4 hours, taking out carbon cloth and drying to obtain molybdenum composite material; adding graphene, molybdenum disulfide composite material, boron nitride and coupling agent in mixed solvent of water and ethanol, mixing, high molecular modifying and drying to obtain modified lubricating filler; and adding modified lubricating filler, base oil, polymer viscosity modifier and additive lubricating oil in producing device to achieve sufficient stirring and mixed material at suitable rotation speed through frequency conversion and speed regulation, rolling and discharging to obtain lubricant.
