NOVELTY - Antibacterial hydrophilic aluminum foil is copper-containing surface-modified aluminum foil. The antibacterial hydrophilic aluminum foil is sequentially coated with a hydrophilic layer and a corrosion-resistant layer from up to down. The corrosion-resistant layer comprises water-soluble acrylic resin, water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene glycol butyl ether, zinc powder, graphene, m-phenylenediamine modified dispersant, and curing agent. The hydrophilic layer comprises alkaline silicate, nonionic surfactant, butyl glycol ether and lithium silicate. The preparation method of the copper-containing surface-modified aluminum foil comprises implanting the aluminum foil into a copper-containing electrolyte and connecting to the anode of a special power supply for micro-arc oxidation, and controlling the power supply to release voltage through a controller. USE - The antibacterial hydrophilic aluminum foil is used for heat exchanger of air conditioner. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum foil has high antibacterial rate of more than 99%. The corrosion resistant layer and the hydrophilic coating layer are coated on the surface of the aluminum foil, thus improving the corrosion resistance and hydrophilicity and antibacterial performance of the aluminum foil, and avoiding the air conditioner in the using process of white powder and water bridge.
