▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous glass coloring liquid comprises mixing silica sol solution, modified transparent resin solution and coloring nano-particle dispersion liquid in the mass ratio of 10:1-4:1-3, where the viscosity of the aqueous glass coloring liquid is 0.01-0.2Pa-s. USE - The method is useful for preparing aqueous glass coloring liquid used for colored glass and laminated glass. ADVANTAGE - The coloring liquid keeps the characteristic of high viscosity, improves the compatibility of the silica sol, ensures coloring nano-particles are stable and not easy to settle, ensures the colored glass prepared has uniform color and good light transmission and high viscosity, and makes laminated glass with the glass plate has higher mechanical strength and keeps the uniform color effect and good transparency of the colored glass. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: 1. preparation method of aqueous glass coloring liquid, comprising preparing silica sol solution by mixing silicate, coupling agent, first catalyst, water and first solvent, preparing modified transparent resin solution by mixing aqueous transparent resin, modifier, second catalyst and second solvent, preparing colored nano-particle dispersion by mixing colored nano particles, third solvent, dispersant and auxiliary agent, and mixing the silica sol solution, the modified transparent resin solution, the colored nano-particle dispersion liquid in the ratio of 10:1-4:1-3; 2. colored glass, comprising a glass substrate and a color layer, the color layer is set on the surface of the glass substrate, the color layer is formed by the aqueous glass coloring liquid and the thickness of the color layer is 3-10 m; and 3. laminated glass, comprising a glass sheet, bonding layer, the layer bonding set on the surface of the glass plate, the colored glass, the colored glass is set on one side of the glass plate far away from the bonding plate, the glass plate through the layer bonding the color layer compared with the glass substrate towards the layer bonding.
