▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing technetium-labeled -99m graphene oxide nanoparticle comprises reacting modified alknyl ligand compound and azide-functionalized graphene oxide to obtain a crude product, purifying the crude product to obtain a reactant A, dissolving the reactant A with a solvent, preferably hydrochloric acid, adding mixture of stannous chloride and technetate(VII) ion to the reactant solution, adjusting pH of the solution to 6-7.5, and performing a reduction process. The ligand compound is a macrocyclic ligand compound. USE - The method is useful for preparing technetium-labeled -99m graphene oxide nanoparticle (claimed) that is useful for biological applications. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of simply preparing technetium-labeled -99m graphene oxide nanoparticle with high yield and good biocompatibility and water solubility.
