NOVELTY - High glowing wire halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant nylon 66 comprises 55-60 wt.% PA66, 12-20 wt.% halogen-free flame retardant, 25-30 wt.% glass fiber, 3-5 wt.% flame retardant synergist, and 0-1 wt.% other auxiliary agent, the flame retardant synergist is graphene oxide loaded with nano-zirconium phosphate, the preparation of the graphene oxide loaded with nano-zirconium phosphate comprises (1), adopting the Hummers oxidative expansion process to prepare graphene oxide; (2) dissolving zirconyl chloride octahydrate, surfactant, graphene oxide and phosphoric acid in deionized water respectively to prepare solution, evenly dispersing, adding ammonium nitrate under vacuum and continuously stirring uniformly, microwave heating for 20-40 minutes at 70-100℃, washing and drying to obtain graphene oxide α-ZrP/rGO loaded with nano-zirconium phosphate. USE - Used as high glowing wire halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant nylon 66. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant nylon 66: transforms the transition phase zirconium phosphate into alpha zirconium phosphate in short period of time by transforming the gas and water vapor generated by instantaneous microwave heating and decomposition of ammonium nitrate; solves the problems of complex preparation process and high energy consumption of graphene-supported zirconium phosphate composite material, in addition, due to high specific surface area and surface functional groups of graphene oxide, it can play a certain role in water absorption and avoids the damage of water molecules to nylon 66 in a humid environment.
