NOVELTY - The graphene/two-dimensional inorganic material composite film has a network structure formed by orderly overlapping of graphene, and a two-dimensional inorganic material. The gaphene is obtained by mechanical peeling, epitaxial growth, chemical vapor deposition, and chemical peeling. USE - Graphene/two-dimensional inorganic material composite film for electromagnetic shielding material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrical conductivity of the graphene/two-dimensional inorganic material composite film is approximately doubled. The graphene/two-dimensional inorganic material composite film has good flexibility, and the tensile strength can reach 15.11 MPa, which is much higher than the tensile strength (6.76 MPa) of the pure graphene film.
