NOVELTY - Preparing degradable graphene material involves taking graphene and fatty acid, drying, ball milling, and drying again to obtain modified graphene. The modified graphene is mixed with resin for 10-30 minutes at rotating speed of 300-1000 revolution/minute (rpm), then unloaded at the rotating speed of 100-800 rpm, and continuously the discharging port is dredged, and fully resin particles are coated to graphene to obtain blend A. The blend A and auxiliary material are mixed for 5-30 minutes at the rotating speed of 400-1100 rpm, then stopped after the material temperature reaches 80-120℃ to obtain blend B. The blend B is extruded by a double-screw extruder, cooled and granulated to obtain degradable graphene material master batch, and the master batch is made to fill into the film bag by film blowing machine and bag machine. USE - Method for preparing degradable graphene material used in field of fully-degradable plastic, and used as a film-forming bag. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene material with improved mechanical property and toughness. The method has simple operation, and is suitable for the field of fully-degradable plastic. The graphene material has high tensile strength and tensile strain at break of 635.5860% (preferably 20-20.5900 MPa). The method is carried out in a simple manner, and has enhanced mechanical property of graphene material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the graphene to claim.
