▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Construction method of photoelectric/visual double-mode sensor involves dropping chitosan CHIT solution on working electrode of titanium dioxide three-dimensional aza-graphene hydrogel (TiO2/3DNGH/ITO), drying under infrared lamp, then dropping glutaraldehyde glycol solution on surface of electrode, and reacting at room temperature, washing with phosphate buffer saline solution (PBS) after reaction, and removing rebundant glutaraldehyde, using PBS as solvent to prepare DON aptamer solution, dropping DON-type aptamer on electrode and washing with PBS to remove excess non-adsorbed aptamer, and then dropping bovine serum albumin (BSA) solution to close non-specific active site, forming photoelectrochromic aptamer sensor with color development area. USE - Method for constructing photoelectric/visual double-mode aptamer sensor used in detection of vomitoxin (claimed); used in indoor precision detection and field fast detection. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to provide fast, simple and miniaturized photoelectric/visual double-mode aptamer sensor with flexible mode and whole to detect DON toxin. The design based on highly integrated realize two switchable detection modes, easy to micromation and portable, applied in indoor precision detection and field fast detection. The photoelectric signal output performance is stable, color-changing signal is obvious. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a use of opto-electrical visual double-mode aptamer sensor component constructed by construction method, which is provided for detecting vomitoxin DON.
